in a situation you thought you were prepared to deal with but because you had
never sat down and discussed the issue and made an actual plan of action should
it happen in the future you felt completely blindsided when you actually faced
it? If your company doesn’t have an
actual plan of action in place sit down with your supervisors and co-workers
and have an open detailed discussion to develop a detailed action plan. |
